Our Team Members
Varunn Kuumar Mahajan
Varunn kuumar Mahajan is a seasoned entrepreneur with a diverse background in marketing, sales, and business management. A Commerce graduate from Delhi University, Varunn began his career in the hotel industry as a Marketing Manager (2000-2003) before transitioning to the real estate sector in Gurgaon (2003-2006). He then joined his family’s readymade garments wholesale business, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s sourcing capabilities to international markets, driving exponential growth over nearly two decades (2006-2023). In 2024, Varunn ventured into the co-working space industry with the launch of Sollace Co-Works, and is now working on his second project, slated for completion by February 2025. With his extensive experience and entrepreneurial spirit, Varunn continues to explore new opportunities and push boundaries in various industries.
Vikas Mahajan
Vikas Mahajan (49 yrs), the Director of Sollace Co-works, is a leader dedicated to transforming how professionals and entrepreneurs work, collaborate, and grow. With a strong academic background in Commerce from the University of Delhi and having completed his Masters in Business Administration he brings a wealth of knowledge in both business strategy and operational efficiency. He has an experience of 25 years in running a successful manufacturing and wholesale clothing business (Spencer Jeans Pvt. Ltd.) and managing multiple employees. Under his leadership, Sollace Co-works aims to develop into a thriving coworking hub, providing not only physical spaces but also a rich ecosystem of networking opportunities, mentorship, and resources aimed at helping individuals and businesses succeed. His vision for the company centers around empowering professionals from diverse industries to thrive in an environment that nurtures collaboration and flexibility. With an emphasis on sustainability, inclusivity, and affordability.
